Missions Conference 2009

Missions conference was amazing to say the least!  I can’t think of a time in my life where I have been more challenged and convicted of the great needs in our world starting at our very doorsteps and extending to distant tribes who are completely unaware of the joy and peace of knowing Christ.  I don’t have much time to write, but I would highly recommend listening to the messages that were preached.  The last message was truly a highlight for me.  It was preached by Daniel Kenaston and entitled, The Cry of Heaven.  Another very important aspect of Missions Conference were the workshops that brought the various missions efforts into a set of high impact visual and physical displays.  The amount of work that must have gone into these is quite impressive.  I’ve taken a few photos of the various displays which you can see in the slideshow below.

  1. Its like you read my mind! You seem to know a lot about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with a few pics to drive the message home a bit, but other than that, this is magnificent blog. An excellent read. I’ll definitely be back.

  2. I believe that avoiding ready-made foods is the first step to help lose weight. They will often taste excellent, but packaged foods contain very little vitamins and minerals, making you take more to have enough vigor to get throughout the day. In case you are constantly taking in these foods, transferring to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will assist you to have more vitality while feeding on less. Great blog post.
